PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS
Our preschool gymnastics lessons are designed for children ages two through six. Students are divided into small groups for age appropriate instruction. Our max student teacher ration is 7:1. The superstar gymnastics van transports equipment designed to teach gymnastics using progressions. We bring bars, balance beams, trampolette, block vault, incline mats and folding mats to properly pad the apparatus. Ladders, parachutes, music and lummi sticks are used for grossmotor development, rhythm & movement activities. Our enthusiastic instructors are also prepared with weekly lesson plans, lots of props and fun curriculum ideas. Our 30 minute lesson plans are 'physical Sesame Street' packed with locomotor warm up and circuit training on kid size gymnastics apparatus to develop gymnastics skills, strength, motor skills and flexibility. Superstar gymnastics program is non- competitive philosophy that every child is a winner.
